“HOW-ling” & “WHY-ning”:
2 OF YOUR WORST HABITS…
By: Linda Blythe

As more and more people become familiar with the power of creating life using the structures of magic, they realise they have a few habits to break. Habits that we “think” are going to help us achieve our goals, dreams and desires.
The first habit, and often the hardest to break is the habit of “How”. Once a desire has been identified and embraced as ours, the automatic response is to jump straight into the logistics, our resources and the “how”.
If a suitable path is not revealed in a timely manner, we begin to pare back our desire, put it off until later or just deny it altogether as a crazy idea in the first place. We couldn’t resolve our tension with a good enough plan, so we take care of it in other ways.
We begin to question our “Why”.
Why did we want it anyway?
Why did we think it was even possible for us?
Why would it be worth all that effort?
Why would we put ourselves through so much pain and possible disappointment of it not coming about?
Why would we entertain something so arbitrary and frivolous, so discretionary?
We have become “How-lers” & “Why-ners”. True magicians don’t question their “how’s” & “why’s” -especially from the get-go. They know what is true for them to create and they hold their end result without question. They receive their “how” one (or two) steps at a time. They hold out for their desired outcome with no other “why” than it is true for them. They don’t talk themselves out of the fullness of their visions. They don’t seek refuge in the collusion & salvation of others’ approval or opinion.
They just create!
